| These are fantastic oak-smoked chorizos from a small, family-run company in Asturias, who are so renowned for the quality of their products that they supply most of the Michelin-starred restaurants in that area of Spain! Each vacuum-packed bag contains a minimum of 1kg, usually 12 sausages. They are made using best quality pork loin, bacon, beef, hot paprika and garlic, then oak-smoked. Cut into thick coins and saute in olive oil as a quick tapas dish, or add to casseroles (like the famous Fabada Asturiana) and soups to give a lovely depth of flavour. |
