An essential Spanish product: Olives! We have large catering-sized tins of Manzanilla, Gordal and Aragon olives, and small 'tapas' jars of stuffed olives with sweet garlic, almonds and red pepper. And a range of what in Spain are called Encurtidos - pickled vegetables like capers, gherkins, garlic, chillis and caperberries, and Banderillas: mixed skewers of olives, onion, pepper and gherkin - an explosion of flavour! |
