This luxurious pate is hand-made using pork liver from acorn-fed black foot pigs (Pata Negra) with the addition of naturally-sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry, leeks, spices and salt, from La Cuna, an artisan producer of gourmet products in Toledo.
A delicious new pate from the same company in Toledo as our other very popular game and olive pates. This is made using Venison mixed with goose liver and a little Port, and presented in an attractive jar with wax seal.
