Our top-quality fresh Mediterranean anchovies are first marinated in vinegar, then hand-packed in oil and garnished with a little garlic and parsley - just as you would get in Spain as a tapa! (Drained weight of anchovy is 75g) We tasted a lot of anchovies to find ones as good as these, so we were not surprised that they won a GOLD medal in the 2008 Great Taste Awards!
