The delicate flavours of these gourmet seafoods are carefully preserved, either in brine, olive oil, or a light sauce to enhance their flavour: scallops, squid, octopus, mussels, razor clams, heart cockles and baby sardines. We have the finest flavoured anchovies marinated in salt or vinegar, and a range of white (Bonito) and yellow-fin tuna, including the delicate belly fillets (Ventresca) and the wind-dried tuna from the south of Spain called Mojama. Back by popular demand this year are our dried seaweeds: harvested by hand from the coasts of Galicia using ecological methods, and full of nutrients and protein.
