What could be finer than a whole Iberico or Serrano ham on the bone, whether for your own use or for a party? We have both award-winning Iberico and Serrano hams on the bone and to complete the experience, we have the accessories you need: special flexible ham knives, ham stands and a presentation box. Or if you prefer, there are de-boned whole hams and smaller pieces of both Serrano and Iberico hams. Pre-sliced ham and other charcuterie can be found in the Charcuterie section.

Knife for Ham carving

This 30cm long, narrow knife with a flexible blade is a great aid to carving a Serrano or Iberico ham with the necessary paper-thin slices, which help to bring out the flavour of the ham.
