| This is the mix for making this delicious Catalan dessert: just add milk and cook the custard gently for 3-5 minutes, then chill before serving. Traditionally served in individual cazuelas (terracotta dishes), also available from us, or as a kit - pour into the dishes while hot, then chill before serving. Can be served as it is, with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top, or sprinkle some sugar on top and put it quickly under the grill, as you would a creme brulee. Serves six persons. |
