These traditional Spanish terracotta dishes, casseroles, tagines and jugs are made using baked clay to produce exceptionally sturdy cookware that is safe to use in the oven, on the stovetop, or in a microwave. We have a wide range of high-quality dishes, from the very small open cazuelas suitable for serving olives and other tapas, to the large serving dishes, lidded casserole pots, Moroccan-style tagines and our Jugs for serving wine, Sangria or water. They are fully certified to conform to EU standards. All need to be soaked in water for between 10 minutes for the smallest to 12 hours for the largest before first use. We also have a fantastic item for a table centrepiece: a cast-iron Tapas Tower with 6 terracotta dishes, making a great centrepiece at dinner or for a tapas party! |
