| Dried capsicum peppers from the 'Vera' region of Extremadura, of the same type as are used to make the famous smoked paprika and also sauces such as the Catalan pepper salsa called 'Romesco'. These are from sweet paprika peppers, full of flavour and only mildly spicy - use dried or re-hydrate before putting in casseroles and other dishes like the salsa mentioned above. |
