| These delicious fresh green peppers come to us straight from the town of Padron in Galicia, delivered fresh every week. They vary in spiciness, so most will be gently peppery, but one in about 20 will be hot; as the Galician saying goes - one hot, others not! Fry the whole peppers lightly in olive oil and sprinkle liberally with sea salt crystals to bring out the flavour - makes a great tapas dish. |
