Delicious vegetables, rice and pulses are at the heart of so many Spanish dishes. We’ve toured Spain looking for authentic, artisan and hard to get items.

Spanish Vegetables and flavourings

Make cooking easy with top-quality bottled ingredients from white asparagus and artichoke hearts, Tomate frito and Pisto, to garlic and truffles. We have piquillo peppers, wood-roasted and hand-peeled, in their own natural juices, sun-dried tomatoes in oregano and olive oil, as well as delicious fresh picked green Padron peppers, delivered straight from Galicia.

Authentic Paella Rice, Pulses and Beans

For perfect paella, use Bomba or Bahia short-grain rice from Spain. We’ve also searched out the best in dried beans and pulses – the heart of so many Spanish specialities. If you’re in a hurry, though, Spain produces great quality bottled ingredients, ready for use – try our brown lentils, chick peas, white beans and delicious Judion de la Granja, the large white butter beans.

Spanish olives to suit all tastes

A range of small jars of tasty green Manzanilla olives, plain or stuffed with red pepper, garlic, almonds and anchovy; catering-size tins of large Queen Gordal olives; nutty small brown Arbequina olives and the naturally-black Aragon Empeltre olives. Or why not try some of our pickled garlic, capers, gherkins, chillis and vegetables on skewers, known in Spain as Encurtidos.
