Serrano ham is made from white foot pigs, and the rarer Iberico ham from black foot (Pata Negra) pigs. And the same applies to Chorizo Iberico and Chorizo Serrano – the most famous of Spain’s charcuterie.

Finest Pata Negra hams and Jamon Serrano

For a very special occasion, seasonal gatherings or restaurants there's nothing to beat the impressive presence of an award-winning whole Pata Negra ham on the bone. Cured for between 24 and 36 months to give it that melt-in the mouth quality and depth of flavour, our hams are sourced from a gold medal-winning producer. And, if you prefer Jamon Serrano, ours is a ham from around Teruel in the famous Aragon ham-producing region. It’s absolutely delicious! We even stock everything you need to serve your ham perfectly – the perfect knife for making paper-thin slices, a ham stand (jamonero) for holding on-the-bone hams and our complete boxed ham set.

Chorizo Iberico and Chorizo Serrano

If you’ve only ever tried chorizo from a supermarket, you’re in for a real treat from our authentic range – cooking and slicing, spicy and mild, smoked or unsmoked. They’re really something special.

  • Morcilla, Asturiana’s wonderful paprika-flavoured blood sausage for stews and tapas
  • Salchichon (salami) made from white foot or Pata Negra pigs
  • Lomo (loin) from Serrano or Pata Negra pigs

CHORIZO PICANTE 250G

Three spicy traditionally-cured chorizo sausages made with lean pork and beef, hot paprika, salt and garlic; no preservatives or other additives, vacuum-packed. This type of chorizo can be sliced and eaten straight away, or used as a hot tapas dish or in casseroles.
MORCILLA ASTURIANA

NEW! A large bag of these smoked blood sausages from Asturias, weighing a minimum of 3kg and containing 30 sausages. An essential ingredient in the making of Fabada Asturiana and other casseroles.
SERRANO BODEGA HAM OFF THE BONE

A great tasting Serrano ham, weighing 5kg; very good value for a whole boneless ham, with the bone, skin and excess fat removed to aid carving. This is cured for 16 months, which gives it a slightly milder flavour than the Reserva.
