For a very special occasion, seasonal gatherings or restaurants there's nothing to beat the impressive presence of an award-winning whole Pata Negra ham on the bone. Cured for between 24 and 36 months to give it that melt-in the mouth quality and depth of flavour, our hams are sourced from a gold medal-winning producer. And, if you prefer Jamon Serrano, ours is a ham from around Teruel in the famous Aragon ham-producing region. It’s absolutely delicious! We even stock everything you need to serve your ham perfectly – the perfect knife for making paper-thin slices, a ham stand (jamonero) for holding on-the-bone hams and our complete boxed ham set.

If you’ve only ever tried chorizo from a supermarket, you’re in for a real treat from our authentic range – cooking and slicing, spicy and mild, smoked or unsmoked. They’re really something special.

IBERICO DE BELLOTA HAM GOLD LABEL GUIJUELO 7.5 KG

This is one of the finest of Spanish hams - Pata Negra from a gold-medal winning supplier from Guijuelo near Salamanca. This is a fully acorn-fed ham, cured for three years to achieve the maximum flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
SALCHICHON IBERICO DE BELLOTA 1.2KG

A whole piece of Salami made from acorn-fed black-foot pigs from Guijuelo in Salamanca. The already rich flavour of the Iberico meat is enhanced by the nutty flavour of the acorns and the dry-curing over 3-4 months.
CHORIZO SMOKED FROM ASTURIAS 3KG

As well as our unsmoked chorizo from Leon, we have large bags of sensational oak-smoked sausages from Asturias - 36 per bag, weighing around 3kg. These are firmer, more cured chorizos, with an oaky flavour from the natural smoking process.
