When you’re making Spanish food, quality ingredients contribute so much to its success. Delicioso has sourced some of the very best quality condiments available – oils, vinegars and spices (including saffron from Murcia, smoked paprika and sun-dried paprika).

The finest extra virgin olive oil

Spain produces some of the world’s very best olive oils. We’ve selected the pick of single-variety extra-virgin olive oils with the rounded flavour of manzanilla and morisca olives; every variety has a character of its own. And we have a superb 'Coupage' blend of olive oil, made using a carefully selected mixture of olives: manzanilla, picual and arbequina, in pretty glass jars.

Fantastic flavours from our infused olive oil and vinegar

Make your food come alive with our Award-winning flavour-infused olive oils and vinegar. Drizzle garlic, chilli, pepper, porcini, sweet basil, lemon or even truffle oil over salads, rice, beans, soups and casseroles. The classic vinegar in Spain is made from sherry; we have 30 year-old sherry vinegars and a balsamic vinegar with black truffle, as well as a new range of Balsamic Vinegar condiments with figs, cherries and honey.

Smoked paprika

One of the defining flavours of Spanish cooking, you really must have smoked paprika in your kitchen. It’s used in everything from chorizo to soups and paellas, and it’s sprinkled on octopus and even fried eggs! We’ve selected sweet and hot varieties of sun-dried and smoked paprika, all of which benefit from traditional drying processes. So make sure you experience the different intensities of flavour depending on the variety of pepper used – look for sweet and mild (dulce), bittersweet medium hot (agridulce) and hot (picante).
